Lionel 2523 Vintage O President Garfield Gold Stripe Aluminum Pullman Car VG

Here is a Lionel 2523 Vintage O President Garfield Gold Stripe Aluminum Pullman Car from the early 1960‘s. The car body is aluminum and it features gold foiled stripes. It is part of the prized postwar presidential sets in 1962 pulled by either a 2360 GG1 or 2383 Santa Fe. It also has die-cast trucks with operating couplers and an illuminated interior with passenger silhouetted windows and measures 15" inches long.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This item has small spots of rusting on the bottom of the car. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. The wheels and rolling pickups show signs of average use.
