Here is a 6-14099 O Gauge Mainline Block Target Signal with lights change from green to red when trains move through its block, the the lights automatically reset to green when block is clear. A 153C Track pressure contactor, or similar track trip is required. It is 4 3/4 inches tall x 1 3/4 inches deep x 1 inch wide.
