Lionel 6-8030 O Gauge Illinois Central GP-9 Diesel Locomotive EX/Box

This is a Lionel 6-8030 O Gauge Illinois Central GP-9 Diesel Locomotive from 1970-72. Features include a Pullmor motor, transformer controlled forward, neutral and reverse operation , an operating headlight and illuminated number boards. This is the early version with large metal handrails.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The paint on the railings is coming off in a powder like fashion. The instruction manual is included.
