This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This locomotive is non functional due to a bad ps2 board. The smoke motor is bad. There is flaking in the speaker components that may cause damage to the circuit boards. There is a crack in the shell on the right side of the cabin. Multiple screw ports are damaged. The original box is included. The instruction manual is included. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Due to the date of manufacture, the buyer may need to replace the battery.
