At Trainz, we want you to love your new look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
